Still on fruitier side with the loads of black chocolate and spices from oak not yet integrated so as the tannins.  The wine is full of everything and lightly unsettled. It comes from fantastic hot 2009 vintage the wine is already drinkable given the big fruit. However my best guess is that it will be peaking very nicely in 4-6 years. Do not get me wrong it is not the best Cru Bourgeois tasted but it offers nice combination of fruit with still good spices and tannins, which some of 2009 Cru Bourgeois miss and they are rather on sweet fruit side with often standing out alcohol. Here the alcohol (although slightly higher as is often the case of 2009 vintage) is well integrated and does not show off. And the best pleasure is that I needed to taste some tannins after tasting 3 Californian Zins and this bottle was blind but excellent choice. I will get the case for sure to track the development of the wine.
