Taste: medium body, citrus fruits, sugared lemon crust, orange, higher acidity typical for 2010 vintage is supported by slightly higher residual sugar, medium to longer finish

What is good about the wine is the acidity, which keeps it fresher than it would regularly be considering the ripeness of the grapes. Difficulty of the vintage is sometimes an advantage to develop Botrytis. The wine is approaching its peak. I will open the remaining bottles fairly quickly.
