Domaine Christian Moreau Père et Fils Chablis Vaillon Cuvée Guy Moreau 2011 Premier Cru

Amazing how the wine managed to get more to mineral character and less fruity and oaky. it is perfect representative of the region, same scoring slightly different taste though:-) Check my notes from last year.
