Vintage: 2005
Alcohol content: 13.5%
Color: dark ruby red
Bouquet: intense black cherries, blackberries, hint of plums and black chocolate
Taste: medium body, concentrated cherries, with support of blackberries and sour cherries, which provide nice acidity, smooth mouth drying tannins, nicely balanced and round, longer finish
Recommended food pairing: juicy steak
Overall score: 4+8+12+7+7.5=88.5
Price: CZK 189

One of the best value Malbec I tasted recently. It is in perfect conditions and the truth is it is generally sold much younger and fruitier. As it is sealed with perfect quality cork, hardly soaked despite 8 years of aging it is perfect candidate for aging and it still has 2 o 3 years to go.
