Jedlička a Novák Kácary 2006 pozdní sběr

Variety: Pinot Noir, Saint Laurent, André
Country of origin: Czech Republic
Wine appellation: Moravia, Velké Pavlovice sub-appellation, Bořetice village
Vintage: 2006
Alcohol content: 14.0%
Color: medium garnet red with bricky meniscus
Bouquet: expressive, plums, small wild cherries, hint of spices
Taste: medium body, very gentle, more resembling pinot than the other varieties, canned cherries, plums, hint of chocolate and coffee with spices at the end, nice medium to longer finish
Recommended food pairing: pork loin, duck
Overall score: 3+7+12+6+7=85
Price: CZK 200
Stopper: plastic cork
Please compare my notes to those from December 2012. Although the vintage is the same, the stopper is different and this bottle was sealed by plastic cork, which was probably the main reason for different color and more bottle aged profile.
