Bouquet: raisins, jammed sour cherries, some oak, hint of coffee
Taste: medium body, canned sour cherries, spices, mild and pleasant tannins, surprisingly good acidity considering the age,  medium finish
Recommended food pairing: venison

Found this bottle whilst organizing my cellar. I remember When I got it in 2005. The wine is probably peaking. I was surprised of the acidity it still has, it must have been quite unpleasant when young.
