This is very very nice example of mineral, zesty type of wine, bouquet already shows minerality which is evidenced also in the taste and proved by the sediment in the bottle. Bouquet is very nice combination of tangent mango but balanced by nice crispy acidity of lime. It's a pleasure to drink it. I would just replace the cheese I had with it by shrimps. Hopefully, I have more than just one bottle in my cellar, but I'm not sure.
