This is very Old world style of Rhine Riesling, very mineral typical for Mikulov area (lime stone and chalk type of soil), nicely aged, already showing petroleum tones whilst keeping acidity at very nice level. Quite complex drinking accompanying pork cutlets with potatoes au gratin.
